MAVI and AO by MAVI operate this patio quest experience at 100 S Eola Drive, units 105 and 104, Orlando, FL 32801.

What we collect

To register for a quest, we ask for your first name and email address. Phone is optional. We record the chosen concept, starting table (if supplied), signup time and whether you chose promotional emails. We use a random browser cookie to recognize your registration. Puzzle progress is saved separately in your browser.

How we use it

We use registration details to manage guest participation and our guest contact list. Only if you select the optional email checkbox may MAVI and AO use your email for news, events and offers. Providing a phone number does not authorize marketing texts. Playing does not require promotional consent.

Storage and access

Contact details are stored in the website’s hosted database. The owner dashboard and contact exports require the restaurant owner’s authenticated account. Our website hosting providers process these records to operate the service. We do not publish your contact details or sell this guest list. Records remain until the restaurant removes them or handles a deletion request.

Your choices

To request a copy, correction, deletion, or stop promotional emails, contact MAVI or AO at 407-310-0796. Any promotional email sent should also provide an unsubscribe option. Clearing browser data removes local progress and your registration cookie, but does not delete the server record.

Service protection

The service uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated signup attempts; it does not keep raw IP addresses in the guest database. This experience is intended for adult restaurant guests. Please do not submit another person’s details.
